With the opening of the Academy in 2010, Sterling Ballet is the first studio in the region to offer instruction in classical Russian ballet and teach the world renown Vaganova technique. This is proven through our Directors, Mr. Ulzii and Ms. Tuya, having both graduated from Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia, are aiming to serve the needs of the community for a more structured and refined teaching approach. Our instructional studios have recently expanded in response to the growing demand in the community.

Now with over 8,000 square feet, we can accommodate more students across a wide range of age and skill – studios for the youngest dancers that are learning for the first time, larger studios for pre-professional classes, all the way to a black box theater room for in-house performances. And, thanks to the support of our wonderful student families the Academy has steadily grown over the years, inviting a diverse range of students, teachers, and our administrative staff, and forging friendships among students that will last a lifetime. We take pride in our After School program, an educational program designed to train our students in a variety of dances as well as accommodate the completion of homework, reading, arts and crafts and tutoring which are designated by a team of devoted instructors. Our desired goal for our students is to allow them to display their talents and hard work by professionally performing in Sterling Ballet Company in multiple full-length Ballet productions such as the Nutcracker, Wolves, Jewel Heart and class exhibitions.
